摘要
为适应中国铁路运输的发展需要,HXD2型八轴货运电力机车技术提升以自主设计为主,在既有HXD2型电力机车研制和运用的基础上进行再创新设计。依托近年机车标准体系和简统化等方面形成的最新技术成果,对机车在重载适应性、简统化与互联互通、可靠性、技术升级换代和修程修制改革适应性等方面进行一般性技术改进,进一步优化HXD2型八轴货运电力机车性能。通过该项目的实施,实现八轴货运电力机车的技术提升,实现交流传动机车的既有技术升级和国产化率提高。
In order to meet the development needs of China’s railway transportation, the technical improvement of HXD2 eightaxle freight electric locomotive was mainly based on independent design, and re-innovative design was carried out on the basis of the development and application of existing HXD2 electric locomotive. Relying on the latest technical achievements in locomotive standard system and simplification in recent years, general technical improvements were made on the locomotive in terms of heavy load adaptability, simplification and interconnection, reliability, technical upgrade and adaptability to the reform of repair schedule and repair system, so as to further optimized the performance of HXD2 eight-axle freight electric locomotive. Through the implementation of the project, the technical improvement of eight-axle freight electric locomotive was realized, and the existing technology upgrade and localization improvement of AC drive locomotive were realized too.
