加速康复外科护理干预在面肌痉挛行微血管减压术患者中的应用

Application of Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery Nursing Intervention in Patients with Facial Spasm Undergoing Microvascular Decompression

目的:探讨加速康复外科(ERAS)护理干预在面肌痉挛行微血管减压术患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:将98例面肌痉挛行微血管减压术患者随机分为对照组和观察组各49例,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理干预基础上于术前、术中、术后引入ERAS理念,比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组术后住院时间、总住院时间短于对照组(P<0.01),住院费用少于对照组(P<0.01);观察组术后即刻及出院时症状分级0级比例高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组术后治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:ERAS护理干预可加快面肌痉挛行微血管减压术患者术后康复进程且安全有效,减少术后并发症。

Objective:To explore the application method and effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery(ERAS)nursing intervention in patients with facial spasm undergoing microvascular decompression.Methods:A total of 98 cases of patients with facial spasm undergoing microvascular decompression were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 49 cases in each group,the control group adopted routine nursing intervention,the observation group on the basis of conventional nursing intervention on preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative introduced the concept of ERAS,comparison was made between the two groups on intervention effect.Results:The postoperative hospital stay,the total length of hospital stay were shorter in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01),The hospitalization costs were less in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).The immediate and symptoms of grade 0 ratio at discharge ratio was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.01).The postoperative total effective rate was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the postoperative complication incidence was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:ERAS nursing intervention can accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation process in patients with facial spasm undergoing microvascular decompression.which is safe and effective,and reduce postoperative complications.
