结构化皮肤护理管理模式在乳腺癌放疗后皮损患者护理中的应用

Application of Structured Skin Care Management Mode in Skin Lesion Care among Breast Cancer Patients after Radiotherapy

目的:探讨结构化皮肤护理管理模式在乳腺癌患者放疗后皮损患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选择2019年11月1日~2020年11月30日接受放疗的142例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,根据护理方法不同及自愿原则将入组患者分为观察组78例和对照组64例;对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上接受结构化皮肤护理管理模式,两组均持续干预4周;比较两组皮肤改善情况,记录干预前后皮损症状评分、疼痛程度评分、生活质量评分及护理满意度。结果:观察组皮肤改善总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组皮损症状评分、疼痛程度评分、生活质评分均优于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);观察组护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将结构化皮肤护理管理模式用于乳腺癌放疗后皮损患者的护理中,不仅能改善患者皮肤状况,减轻瘙痒、溃烂等症状,还能降低疼痛程度,提高生活质量,患者易于接受,满意度高。

Objective:To explore the application effect of structured skin care management mode in skin lesion among breast cancer patients after radiotherapy.Methods:A total of 142 cases of breast cancer patients treated with radiotherapy during November 1,2019 to November 30,2020 were selected as the research objects,they were according to different nursing methods and principles of voluntary divided into the observation group with 78 cases and the control group with 64 cases.The control group accepted routine nursing,the observation group on the basis of the control group accepted structured skin care management mode,both groups carried out intervention continuously for 4 weeks.Comparison was made between the two groups on improvement in skin,the skin lesion symptom scores before and after the intervention,the degree of pain scores,the quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction were recorded.Results:The total effective rate of skin improvement was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05);After the intervention,the skin lesion symptom scores,degree of pain scores,and quality of life scores were better in both groups than those before intervention(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01);And the nursing satisfaction scores were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of structured skin care management mode in skin lesion among breast cancer patients after radiotherapy can not only improve the patients′skin status,relieve itching,canker,and other symptoms,but also can reduce the degree of pain,improve the quality of life,which is easy to be accepted by patients,and the satisfaction is high.
