Practice of Warm Shrink Fitting for Output Gear of Torque Divider

本文结合专用汽车的大速比分动器设计,在输出轴齿轮装配工艺中采用热装配技术,根据零部件材料的性质,确定过盈量和装配间隙,分析热装配接触压力、齿轮与轴之间的摩擦力等特性,并采用KISSSOFT软件进行产品校核和安全性计算。

Combined with the design of torque divider of special purpose vehicle, the warm shrink fitting technology is used in the assembly process of output shaft gear. According to the properties of parts and materials, the interference and assembly clearance are determined, the hot assembly contact pressure, friction between gear and shaft and other characteristics are analyzed, and KISSSOFT software is used for product safety verification.
