摘要
根据功能安全标准,转向系统的功能安全等级需要通过危害分析和风险评估确定,不同的功能安全等级对应着不同的硬件指标要求。通过对硬件指标和诊断覆盖率的分析,提出了符合功能安全硬件指标要求的转向系统控制器的设计方案,包括扭矩传感器、电机位置传感器、电机电流传感器、微控制器等部件。
According to functional safety standard, the ASIL level of steering system should be determined by hazard analysis and risk assessment, different ASIL levels requires different hardware metrics. With analysis of hardware metrics and diagnostic coverage, a steering system concept is proposed to fulfill the hardware metric of functional safety, including steering torque sensor, motor position sensor, motor current sensor, MCU(Micro Controller Unit) etc.
