“产教融合+社会服务”双螺旋驱动的高职院校专业群专创融合实践模式研究——以南宁职业技术学院智能制造专业群为例

文章针对高职院校在双创教育中出现脱离专业教育基础、双创教育与专业教育融合不足、人才培养目标不具体等问题,以南宁职业技术学院智能制造专业群为例,提出在产教融合与社会服务过程中将双创教育同专业教育相结合,利用产教融合深化校企在人才培养、技术创新、就业创业上的合作,提升学生培养质量;组织学生通过专业技术服务区域中小企业,丰富学生创新创业实习实践项目载体,进一步提升双创教育质量,从而形成"产教融合+社会服务"双螺旋驱动的专业双创教育培育体系。

Targeting on such problems of higher vocational schools that appear in education of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation as breaking away from educational foundations of the specialties,insufficient integration of education of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation with specialty education,unspecific goals of talent cultivation,etc.,this article takes the specialty cluster of Intelligent Manufacturing of Nanning College for Vocational Technology as example and combines education of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation with specialty teaching in the process of industry-education integration and social service.It proposes to give play to the effect of mutual influence and mutual promotion between industry-education integration and social service,make use of such integration to deepen cooperation between enterprises and educational institutions on talents cultivation,technical innovation and employment/business startup,so as to elevate quality of cultivation of students;organizes students to serve regional small and medium-sized enterprises with professional skills,enriches cariers for innovation/business startup/internship/practice projects for students,and further improves education quality of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation,thus to form a professional education & cultivation system for Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation driven by "Industry-education integration+social service".
