食茶伦理原则与实践思考

摘要 茶是人们饮食的对象,食茶伦理的目的是维护食茶安全,促进公共健康,为食茶提供道德理论的支撑与指导。食茶伦理有五个原则,以人的绝对价值为起点,生命价值原则是食茶伦理的基本前提,生命价值原则统摄着无害原则及益生原则,公正原则是食茶伦理的扩展原则,进一步引申为整个人类的和谐原则。在五个原则统摄下,文章从食茶安全伦理、商业伦理、茶资源保护利用伦理、食茶学术及教育伦理方面展开论述,倡导食茶主体应善待茶,勇担社会责任,践行食茶伦理。 Tea is an object of people’s diet,and the purpose of tea ethics is to maintain safety in tea consumption,promote public health,and provide support and guidance to tea consumption in terms of moral theory. Tea ethics has five principles which start from the absolute value of human being;the principle of life value is the basic premise of tea ethnics,governing the principle of innocuousness and the principle of life-benefiting;the principle of fairness is an extension of tea ethics,which is further extended into the principle of harmony of the whole human race. Governed by the five principles,this article rolls out its discussion for tea ethics on such aspects as safety,commerce,tea resource protection/utilization and learning & education, and advocates that tea takers should be kind to tea, take social responsibility with courage and practice tea ethics.
