摘要
为了探索空间环境对苜蓿农艺性状的影响,试验将搭载后和未搭载"龙牧801"苜蓿种子的植株作比较试验,以高于CK植株10倍标准差为卫星搭载变异植株的初筛研究对象,共获得15株卫星搭载株系,并对其农艺性状进行比较评价.结果表明,与未搭载处理植株相比,搭载后15个株系在株高、丛径、茎粗、分枝数、叶长、叶宽和叶面积等农艺性状上均发生不同的变化.利用隶属函数法对7个农艺性状的变化进行综合分析,平均隶属函数值>0.500的株系为1L-1,1L-4,2L-1,2L-6,8L-11,通过测定苜蓿的农艺性状变化反映空间环境对苜蓿株系的诱变效应,为进一步利用卫星搭载技术进行苜蓿变异体的选择提供基础材料.
In order to explore the effects of space environment on alfalfa agronomic trait,a comparative experiment was carried out on alfalfa plants of Longmu 801 seeds carried and not carried by satellite.The standard deviation of alfalfa plants was 10 times higher than that of CK plants,and 15 satellite carrying lines were obtained,the agronomic characters were compared and evaluated.The results showed that the agronomic traits of 15 lines after carrying were different from those without carrying,such as plant height,cluster diameter,stem diameter and branch number,leaf length,leaf width and leaf area.The comprehensive analysis of 7 agronomic traits by membership function method showed that 1 L-1,1 L-4,2 L-1,2 L-6 and 8 L-11 lines had membership function values greater than 0.500.The mutagenic effect of space environment on alf alfa lines was reflected by measuring the changes of alfalfa agronomic characters,it will provide basic materials for further selection of alfalfa variants by satellite technology.
