摘要
为了使海洋修井绞车的结构紧凑且可靠,实现绞车模块化和轻量化目标,在常规的JC30DB两挡绞车的基础上,利用ANSYS软件分析计算绞车的关键部件,优化绞车的总体结构布局,设计了JC30DB-Ⅱ型两挡海洋修井机绞车,满足了HXJ180DB型海洋修井机的要求。为今后的海洋修井机绞车的设计提供了一种新的设计思路。
In order to make the structure of drawworks for offshore workover rig compact and reliable,realize the purpose of drawworks modularization and lightweight,based on the conventional JC30DB drawworks with a two-speed gearbox,by using ANSYS software the key components of the drawworks were calculated,the overall structural layout of the drawworks was optimized,and design the JC30DB-Ⅱdrawworks with two-speed gearbox for offshore workover rig was developed.It meets the requirements of the HXJ180DB offshore workover rig.This provides a new design idea for drawworks for offshore workover rigs in the future.
