摘要 文章利用2016年中国气象局天气雷达业务检查获得的数据评估了CINRAD/SA等6种型号27部雷达现场测试性能和业务运行性能,包括雷达发射功率等14个关键参数和6种型号雷达现场测试的平均指标合格率。针对评估结果,归纳总结了设备端存在的问题,进而提出了天气雷达设备端技术升级应执行的关键技术标准,即提升雷达关键器件性能、统一监测和定标体系、提升雷达新技术应用能力等,技术升级后将进一步提高组网雷达运行稳定性。 Based on the data obtained from the weather radar operational inspection of China Meteorological Administration in 2016,the field test performance and operation performance of 27 radars of 6 types such as CINRAD/SA are evaluated,including 14 key parameters such as radar transmitting power and the average qualification rate of 6 types of radar in field test.In view of the evaluation results,the problems existing in the equipment terminals are summarized,and then the key technical standards for the technology upgrade of weather radar equipment terminals are proposed,that is,improving the performance of key radar devices,unifying the monitoring and calibration system,and improving the application capability of new radar technology etc.The operation stability of networking radar will be further improved after technical upgrading.
