On the Historical Process and Basic Experience of the CPC’s Ideological Discourse Power Construction in the Past Century

党的意识形态话语权建设始终在路上。百年来,党的意识形态话语权经历了新民主主义革命时期的初建与争夺、社会主义革命和建设时期的确立与巩固、改革开放时期的调适与发展、中国特色社会主义新时代的深化与强化四个阶段性发展。历史经验表明,意识形态话语权建设必须始终坚持马克思主义指导地位、始终坚持党的全面领导、始终坚持以人民为中心、始终坚持正面宣传与舆论斗争相统一、始终坚持围绕中心与服务大局。百年大党意识形态话语权建设形成的宝贵经验,既为当前党的意识形态工作指明了正确方向,也为党启航第二个百年新征程提供了重要思想保证,具有深刻的时代意蕴。

The construction of the Party’s ideological discourse power is always ongoing.Over the past century,the CPC’s ideological discourse power has experienced four stages of developmentthe initial construction and struggle in the period of new democratic revolution,the establishment and consolidation in the period of socialist revolution and construction,the adjustment and development in the period of reform and opening up,and the deepening and strengthening in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Historical experience shows that inconstructing the ideological discourse power,we must always adhere to the guiding position of Marxism,the Party’s overall leadership,the people-centered initiative,the unity of positive publicity and public opinion struggleand the consciousness of central task and overall service.The valuable experience of the construction of the ideological discourse power is of great significance,which not only points out the correct direction for the current ideological work of the Party,but also provides ideological guarantee for the Party to embark on the second centennial new journey.
