区间长大隧道信号中继站方案研究

Research on the Setting Scheme of Signal Relay Station in Long Tunnel Section

研究目的:在山区铁路工程设计中,铁路区间设置中继站必须考虑长大隧道的影响因素。本文以甘青、兰张长大隧道为研究对象,针对长大隧道区间中继站选址的难题,综合考虑区间轨道电路控制距离、隧道洞室、隧道口场坪、隧道斜井、通所道路、防灾救援等控制因素,分析对比中继站所在位置的规范标准适用性、维修车辆通行条件及维修便利性、综合防雷、工程投资等的优缺点,提出合理的区间长大隧道信号中继站设置方案。研究结论:(1)长大隧道出入口应作为信号中继站设置位置的优选,若控制距离在10 km以上,必须明确写在初设批复中作为设计依据;(2)不建议在隧道内设置中继站,若因为轨道电路控制距离而没有条件移设至洞口时,宜设置在长大隧道斜井救援通道防护门以外;(3)本研究结论可为信号系统工程设计提供借鉴及参考,也可以直接应用于山区铁路工程设计及咨询工作中。

Research purposes: The influence factors of long tunnel must be taken into account when setting relay station in railway section in the design of mountain railway engineering. The paper takes Ganqing and Lanzhang long tunnel as the research object, considers the control distance of section track circuit, tunnel cavern, tunnel entrance site, access road, disaster prevention and rescue and other factors, analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the applicability of the specifications and standards, maintenance vehicle traffic conditions and maintenance convenience, comprehensive lightning protection and project investment, and proposes the scheme of signal relay station in long tunnel section.Research conclusions:(1) The entrance and exit of long tunnel is the best choice of signal relay station. If the control distance is more than 10 km, it must be clearly written in the preliminary approval as the design basis.(2) It is not recommended to set up relay station in the tunnel. If there is no condition to move it to the entrance because of the control distance of the track circuit, it should be set outside the protective door of the tunnel inclined shaft rescue channel.(3) The research conclusion can provide reference for signal system engineering design, and can also be directly applied to mountain railway engineering design and consultation work.
