摘要
通过对快速隔离阀结构的分析,确定了能够满足安装空间需求的阀门缩径尺寸的计算方法。在此前提下,分析了影响阀门流通能力的设计因素,并设计了不同的内腔结构型式阀体,比较和分析其流通能力,最终按流通能力确定了相应的阀体内腔结构。
Based on the analysis of the valve structure of the quick isolation valve,this paper determines the calculation method of the diameter reduction of the valve that can meet the installation space requirements.Under this premise,the design factors affecting the flow capacity of the valve are analyzed,and different types of internal cavity structure of valve bodies are designed.And the corresponding valve body cavity structure is determined according to the highest flow capacity finally by comparing the flow capacity is.
