摘要
利用CFD方法对止回阀进行几何建模和网格划分,并对止回阀进行流动特性分析与流道优化设计。分析了优化后的止回阀流场速度与压强分布,改进后的止回阀入口处和一次、二次过渡区的速度与压强均明显减小。优化后的止回阀流阻系数下降为优化前的55.45%。
The geometric modeling and mesh division of the check valve are carried out by using CFD method,and the flow characteristics of the check valve are analyzed and the optimal design of the flow channel is carried out.After analyzing the optimized flow field velocity and pressure distribution of the check valve,the velocity and pressure at the inlet of the improved check valve and the primary and secondary transition zones are significantly reduced.After optimization,the flow resistance coefficient of check valve decreases to 55.45% of that before optimization.
