摘要
通过对蝶板强度、刚度的计算和校审,验证了蝶板最大弯曲应力并不一定出现在中心截面,系数固定的数值方程式无法检测出蝶板组合体的所有危险截面。建议采用AutoCAD直接从蝶板的三维实体模型上提取任意非规则截面上的质量特性,用于计算蝶板强度和刚度,确定危险截面,从而提出蝶板的改进方案。
Through the calculation and verification of the strength and stiffness of the butterfly plate,it is proved that the maximum bending stress of the butterfly plate is not always in the central section,and the numerical equation with fixed coefficient cannot detect all the dangerous sections of the butterfly plate assembly.It is suggested to use AutoCAD to extract the mass characteristics of arbitrary irregular sections directly from the three-dimensional solid model of the butterfly plate,to calculate the strength and stiffness of the butterfly plate,and to find the dangerous sections,so as to put forward the improvement scheme of the butterfly plate.
