蒙古国羊绒产业供应链发展战略研究

Research on Supply Chain Development Strategy of Cashmere Industry in Mongolian

供应链不仅事关企业发展,而且关乎全球化的治理格局。2018年,蒙古国政府启动《羊绒发展纲要》,将羊绒产业的发展提升到国家战略层面。文章基于供应链发展与创新理论,从原绒供应端、原绒加工端和羊绒制成品端、渠道端、工艺与研发端,以及供应链金融端和物流服务等节点,分析蒙古国羊绒产业供应链发展的存在问题、比较优势及其政策措施,提出蒙古国民族羊绒产业供应链完善和提升的发展战略。

The issue of supply chain is not only related to the development of enterprises, but also about the governance pattern of globalization. In 2018, the Mongolian government launched the "Development of Cashmere Outline" to promote the development of cashmere industry to the national strategic level. Based on the theory of supply chain development and innovation, this paper analyzes the problems, comparative advantages and government policies of Mongolian cashmere industry supply chain development from the aspects of cashmere output, cashmere processing,cashmere products, channel, technology and R & D, as well as supply chain finance and logistics service, and put forward the development strategy of improving and upgrading the national Mongolian cashmere supply chain.
