摘要 本方法采用液相色谱法建立对啤酒中黄腐酚的测定方法,样品前处理简单.高效,在0.01~1.0 ppm线性范围内线性较好,精密度和回收率均能满足GB/T 27404-2008《实验室质量控制规范食品理化检测》中对于定量方法的要求。 This method uses liquid chromatography to establish a method for the determination of xanthohumol in beer.The sample preparation is simple and efficient.The linearity is good in the linear range of 0.01~1.0 ppm.The precision and recovery rate can meet the requirements for quantitative methods in GB/T 27404-2008 Criterion on quality control of laboratories-Chemical testing of food.
