摘要
本文以广东省打印耗材企业海外知识产权贸易壁垒纠纷案件为基础,通过分析打印耗材企业海外知识产权壁垒纠纷特征,从三个不同角度提出建议,以期加强打印耗材产业海外知识产权应对能力建设。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of overseas intellectual property barrier dispute of printing consumables enterprises,and puts forward suggestions from three different perspectives,in order to strengthen the construction of overseas intellectual property response ability of printing consumables industry.
