摘要
随着我国针对电力企业成本监审力度加大、持续不断降低电价等多重压力下,对电力企业管理效果的提升提出了更高的要求。本文从当前电力企业管理中业财融合存在的主要问题分析入手,有针对性提出加强业财融合提升电力企业标准化管理的相关措施。
With the increasing cost supervision of power enterprises and the continuous reduction of electricity price,higher requirements are put forward to improve the management effect of power enterprises. This paper starts with the analysis of the main problems existing in the integration of industry and finance in the current management of electric power enterprises,and puts forward relevant measures to strengthen the integration of industry and finance and improve the standardized management of electric power enterprises.
