银质针导热疗法治疗颈椎间盘切除术后轴向症状的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of silver needle thermal therapy in the treatment of patients with axial symptoms after cervical discectomy

目的观察银质针导热疗法对颈椎间盘切除术后轴向症状的疗效及安全性。方法收集2017年1月至2019年1月就诊于贵州医科大学附属医院疼痛科颈椎间盘切除术后出现轴向症状患者25例,采用银质针导热治疗,间隔1~2 d治疗1次,3~5次为一个疗程。以疼痛数字等级法(NRS)对治疗前、治疗后1 d、1及3个月时疼痛程度进行评估,以SF-36生活质量量表评分法评价治疗前、治疗后1及3个月时的生活质量。观察疗效及不良反应。结果治疗后1、3个月时NRS评分分别为(2.5±1.1)、(2.9±0.9)分,较治疗前(7.8±1.0)分明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);治疗后1、3个月时,在SF-36评分的8个维度中,6个维度较治疗前明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后3个月时,优效5例,良效14例,差效3例,无效3例,优良率76%(19/25例)。结论银质针导热疗法能有效治疗颈椎间盘切除术后轴向症状的疼痛,可提高患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of silver needle thermal therapy in the treatment of patients with axial symptoms after cervical discectomy.Methods Twenty-five patients with axial symptoms after cervical discectomy in the Pain Department of Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University were collected from January 2017 to January 2019.The patients were treated with silver needle every 1 to 2 days,3 to 5 times as one course.The NRS was evaluated before and at 1st and 3rd month after the treatment.The quality of life was evaluated at 1st and 3rd month after the treatment by the Mos 36-item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36).Effectiveness and adverse reactions were recorded.Results The NRS of the patients was(7.9±1.0)before the treatment,(2.5±1.1)at the 1st month after the treatment and(2.9±0.9)at the 3rd month after the treatment(all P<0.05).And six dimensions of SF-36 scores increased significantly at different time points after the treatment(all P<0.05).The excellent effect was in 5 cases,the good effect in 14 cases,the fair effect in 3 cases,and no effect in 3 cases.The excellent and good effect was 76%(19/25 cases).Conclusion Silver needle thermal therapy can effectively relieve the pain of axial symptoms and improve the quality of life in patients after cervical discectomy.
