微更新视角下历史文化街区策略研究--以南京老门东为例

Strategy Research on Historical and Cultural District from Perspective of Micro-renewal--Taking Laomendong in Nanjing as an example

近年来不少城市对历史文化街区进行了大刀阔斧般的改造导致历史文化街区商业化程度严重,本土文化不断衰落,如何将历史文化街区进行微更新使地域文化融入现代化生活成为关键一环。本文以南京老门东为例,分析了老门东历史文化街区所存在的问题,基于微更新视角提供相应策略分析。

In recent years,many cities have carried out drastic transformation to historical and cultural blocks,leading to serious commercialization of historical and cultural blocks and continuous decline of local culture.How to micro-regenerate historical and cultural districts so that the local culture can be integrated into modern life has become a key part of the process.Taking Nanjing's Laomendong as an example,this paper analyses the problems of the Laomendong historical and cultural district and provides a strategic analysis based on a micro-renewal perspective.
