近代上海中西建筑的对抗与融和--以石库门里弄山墙样式为例

Contradiction and Integration of Chinese and Western Architectures in Modern Shanghai--Taking the gable pattern of Shikumen Lane as an example

文章首先梳理了近代上海异质文化交流碰撞背景下的中西建筑互动过程。以上海石库门里弄山墙样式为例,从类型学视角通过比较研究具体论证。上海石库门里弄山墙样式的转变,是在特殊历史背景下中西两种异质文化从对峙混乱到调和创新的发展演变过程。石库门里弄山墙可视为中西建筑文化碰撞融合视觉化、符号化、象征性的表征之一,是海派建筑文化的重要组成部分,对于形成上海独有的城市形态和城市肌理具有重要意义,同时也为塑造上海的城市品格起到了重要作用。

This paper first sorts out the interaction process of Chinese and Western architecture under the background of different cultural exchange and collision in modern Shanghai.Taking the gable pattern of Shanghai Shikumen Lane as an example,it is demonstrated through comparative study from the perspective of typology.The changes of the gable pattern in Shanghai Shikumen Lane is a process of the development and evolution of the two different cultures from confrontation and chaos to harmony and innovation under the special historical background.Shikumen Lane gables can be regarded as one of the visual,symbolic and emblematic representations of the collision and integration of Chinese and Western architectural cultures.As an important part of Shanghai architectural culture,they are of great significance for the formation of Shanghai's unique urban form and texture,and also play an important role in shaping the urban character of Shanghai.
