北方地区住宅小区海绵城市建设实践

Practice of Sponge City Construction in Residential Quarters in Northern China

海绵城市建设需要改变传统城市发展理念,通过低影响开发理念,建设生态排水设施,改善生态环境。本文基于北方地区某住宅小区项目,从设计思路、场地分析、海绵城市设计方案、竖向控制方案、目标实施,施工及建成效果,实现了从低影响方案、精细化设计到全过程施工全程把控,最终为小区居民呈现了一个与景观方案融为一体的海绵城市现场,对于海绵城市在北方地区的景观相融设计进一步做了典型示范。

Sponge City construction needs to change the traditional concept of urban development,build ecological drainage facilities and improve the ecological environment through low-impact development concept.Based on a residential district project in northern China,this paper has realized the control from low-impact scheme,refined design to the whole construction process,from the perspectives of design idea,site analysis,Sponge City design scheme,vertical control scheme,target implementation,construction and completion effect.Finally,a Sponge City scene integrated with landscape scheme has been presented for residents in the district,and a typical demonstration has been made for the landscape integration design of Sponge City in northern China.
