随着我国经济建设的快速发展,EPC总承包模式在我国诸多大型建设项目中被广泛应用,而全过程工程咨询作为一种新型的咨询服务组织实施模式也在全国广泛推行,越来越多的EPC总承包项目采用了全过程工程咨询的项目管理模式,其核心是在保证工程质量和安全的前提下,帮助业主提高建设效率、节约建设资金,更好地实现投资建设意图。本文作者以某EPC总承包项目的全过程工程咨询服务实践为例,分析了在全过程工程咨询模式下EPC总承包项目前期阶段的投资控制,以提高EPC总承包项目全过程工程咨询服务的质量。

With the rapid economic development in China,the EPC general contracting model is widely used in many largescale construction projects all over the country.The project management organization model of the whole process engineering consulting is also widely implemented throughout the country,which is widely adopted by more and more EPC general contracting projects,the core of which is to help the owner improve construction efficiency and save construction investments under the premise of ensuring the quality and safety of the project.This article takes the whole-process engineering consulting service practice of an EPC general contracting project as an example,and mainly analyzes the investment control in the early stage of the EPC general contracting project under the whole-process engineering consulting mode,so as to improve the service quality during the whole-process engineering consulting of the EPC general contracting project.
