路径式授权健康教育对膀胱癌尿路造口患者疾病知信行、不良情绪及生存质量的影响 被引量:3

Health and Psychology Effects of path-based empowerment health education on knowledge,belief,practice,adverse mood and quality of life in urostomy patients with bladder cancer

摘要 目的探究路径式授权健康教育对膀胱癌尿路造口患者疾病知信行、不良情绪及生存质量的影响。方法选取2017年9月至2018年9月该院收治的膀胱癌尿路造口患者76例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组各38例,对照组采用常规健康教育干预,观察组在常规护理干预的基础上给予路径式授权健康教育干预,比较两组患者在干预前后患者疾病知信行、不良情绪及生存质量的变化。结果实施路径式授权健康教育干预措施后,观察组患者知信行评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良情绪显著低于对照组(P<0.05);实施路径式授权健康教育干预措施后,患者生存质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论路径式授权健康教育能有效对膀胱癌尿路造口患者的知信行、不良情绪及生存质量产生良好影响,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the effects of path-based empowerment health education on disease knowledge,belief,practice,bad mood and quality of life of urostomy patients with bladder cancer.Methods A total of 76 patients with bladder cancer urostomy admitted to this hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health education intervention,the observation group was given path authorization health education intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention,and the two groups of patients were compared before and after the intervention of patients'disease knowledge,belief,practice,bad mood and quality of life changes.Results The scores of knowledge,belief and practice in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The negative mood in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of patients was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Path-based authorization health education can effectively affect the knowledge,belief,practice,negative emotions and quality of life of bladder cancer patients with urostomy,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
