茂名市白纹伊蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗性调查 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解茂名市5个县区白纹伊蚊抗药性情况,为蚊媒防治提供依据。方法分别采用浸渍法和药膜接触筒法测定幼虫和成蚊对杀虫剂的抗性水平。结果茂南区、电白区、高州市、化州市、信宜市5个县区的白纹伊蚊幼虫对残杀威和双硫磷的抗性倍数分别为1.02~2.99、1.01~2.98倍,均为敏感水平。成蚊对0.2%噁虫威、2%毒死蜱的24 h死亡率均为100%,抗性水平均为敏感;对0.05%残杀威的死亡率为97.56%~100.00%,基本处于敏感水平;对0.4%氯菊酯、0.03%溴氰菊酯、0.4%高效氯氰菊酯、0.07%高效氯氟氰菊酯、0.2%杀螟硫磷、0.05%马拉硫磷的死亡率分别为13.8%~85.3%、14.3%~82.5%、43.3%~92.1%、47.8%~82.3%、80.9%~100.0%、81.1%~100.0%,表现出不同水平的抗性。结论蚊媒防治中要采取以环境治理为基础,物理防治和化学防治相结合的综合防治措施。 Objective To understand the insecticide resistance developed in Aedes albopictus from 5 regions in Maoming City of Guangdong Province, and provide a guideline for mosquito control.Methods Dipping method was employed for larvae resistance test, and residual contact was for adults resistance test.Results The larvae of A.albopictus from Maonan, Dianbai, Gaozhou, Huazhou and Xinyi developed 1.02-2.99 folds resistance to propoxur and 1.01-2.98 folds resistance to temephos, all at susceptible level.The adult mosquitoes died 100% 24 hours after the treatment of 0.2% bendiocarb or 2% chlorpyrifos, showing the high sensitivity.The adults were susceptible to propoxur, with mortalities of 97.56%-100.00% to 0.05% propoxur.The adult mosquito mortalities were 13.8%-85.3% to 0.4% permethrin, 14.3%-82.5% to 0.03% deltamethrin, 43.3%-92.1% to 0.4% beta-cypermethrin, 47.8%-82.3% to 0.07% lambda-cyhalothrin, 80.9%-100.0% to 0.2% fenitrothion, and 81.1%-100.0% to 0.05% malathion, displaying various levels resistance in the A. albopictus populations. Conclusion The vector mosquito control should be based on environmental management, and integrated physical and chemical control measures.
