摘要
北方地区清洁取暖工作取得积极进展,但多地出现散煤复烧现象。用户侧建筑能效提升,能从源头有效降低取暖负荷,从而降低用户取暖费用支出和返煤风险,是下一步清洁取暖工作的重要措施。本文针对我国最常见的砖混结构平屋顶农宅与砖木结构坡屋顶农宅,开展不同改造方案的效果模拟比对,最后以经济性和节能效果双指标提出了农房改造不同造价下的方案菜单选项。进一步,结合清洁取暖"十三五"试点城市优秀典型案例做法,从技术和实施角度,提出了"十四五"清洁取暖用户侧建筑能效提升工作开展建议。
Clean heating in northern China has mad positive progress,however,some users turn back to re-burning bulk coal.With building energy efficiency improvement from users side,heating load,heating expenses and risk of re-burning bulk coal can be effectively reduced,which is an important measure of clean heating in the next step.This paper focuses on two most common farmhouses,brick-concrete structure with flat roof and brick-wood structure with sloping roof,and carries out comparison of simulation effect among different transformation schemes.Then,menu options of building energy efficiency transformation scheme have been proposed based on dual indexes of economy and energy saving effect.Furtherly,combined with the outstanding demonstration cases during the 13th Five-Year period,suggestions on building energy efficiency improvement of during the 14th Five-Year period has been put forward from the perspective of technology and implementation.
