摘要
《兰州—西宁城市群发展规划》的出台为甘青两地的经济社会发展起到了战略性引领作用,实现两地信息资源共建共享是其远景发展的内在需求。结合《规划》内容,探究兰西城市群背景下区域信息资源共建共享的优势,提出亟待解决的主要问题与共建共享模型、组织架构建议,为实现城市群资源协同发展提供参考。
The promulgation of the Lanzhou-Xining Urban Agglomeration Development Plan has played a strategic leading role in the economic and social development of Gansu and Qinghai.The realization of sharing of information resources between two places is an inherent requirement for its long-term development.Following the Development Plan,the thesis explores the advantages of the construction and sharing of regional information resources in the context of Lanzhou-Xining urban agglomeration,and proposes the main problems to be solved and the countermeasures for co-construction and sharing,models of co-construction and sharing to be built,organization structures to be proposed,in order to provide reference for the coordinated development of urban agglomeration resources.
