circRNA-miRNA调控非小细胞肺癌转移级联过程的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)早期症状不明显,大部分患者确诊时已处于疾病晚期,而远处转移的发生将进一步导致治疗失败及极差的预后。circRNA(circular RNA)、miRNA(microRNA)已有报道表明参与多种疾病的发生发展,其在NSCLC转移级联过程中的细胞间及细胞外基质蛋白黏附、肿瘤血管内渗、血管生成以及免疫逃避多个步骤中发挥着关键作用。本综述主要介绍了circRNA和miRNA的功能机制作用,以及阐述了circRNA-miRNA调控网络对NSCLC侵袭迁移的影响。 The early symptoms of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) are not obvious,most patients are already in the advanced stage of the disease when diagnosed,and the occurrence of distant metastasis will further lead to treatment failure and poor prognosis.circRNA (circular RNA) and miRNA (microRNA) have been reported to be involved in the occurrence and development of a variety of diseases,and they play a key role in intercellular and extracellular matrix protein adhesion,tumor vascular infiltration,angiogenesis and immune escape in NSCLC metastasis cascade.This reviewed mainly introduces the functional mechanisms of circRNA and miRNA,and expounds the effects of circRNA-miRNA regulatory networks on the invasion and migration of NSCLC.
