鼠神经生长因子应用于急性脑出血患者的疗效及对生化指标的影响分析

摘要 目的:研究鼠神经生长因子对急性脑出血(ACH)患者的疗效及生化指标的影响。方法:选取2017年3月-2019年3月本院收治的87例ACH患者,将其随机分为研究组(n=43)与对照组(n=44)。对照组予以奥拉西坦治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合鼠神经生长因子。比较两组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况;比较两组治疗前后神经功能、日常生活能力及炎症因子水平。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组NIHSS评分低于对照组,而ADL评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组血清白细胞介素(IL)-8、IL-1β、细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组皮疹、注射部位疼痛及恶心呕吐发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在奥拉西坦的基础上联用鼠神经生长因子治疗ACH的效果明显,可改善患者神经功能及生活能力,减轻炎症反应,安全性较佳,适合临床推广应用。 Objective:To study the effect of Rat Nerve Growth Factor on the efficacy and biochemical indexes of patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage (ACH).Method:A total of 87 ACH patients admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected.They were randomly divided into study group (n=43) and control group (n=44).The control group was treated with Oxiracetam,and the study group was combined with Rat Nerve Growth Factor on the basis of control group.Clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups;neurological function,daily living ability and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,but ADL score was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum interleukin (IL)-8,IL-1β and intracellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence of rash,injection site pain,nausea and vomiting between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of Rat Nerve Growth Factor combined with Oxiracetam in the treatment of ACH is obvious,which can improve the neurological function and living ability of patients,reduce the inflammatory response,with good safety,which is suitable for clinical application.
