半夏泻心汤在慢性荨麻疹中的疗效及对变态反应相关血液指标表达的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the Patients with Chronic Urticaria and Its Influence for the Expression of Allergy Related Blood Indexes

目的:研究半夏泻心汤在慢性荨麻疹患者中的疗效及对变态反应相关血液指标表达的影响。方法:选取2019年8月-2020年6月本院92例慢性荨麻疹患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用半夏泻心汤。比较两组不良反应发生情况,治疗1、2周后的疗效及治疗前和治疗1、2周后的症状体征积分和变态反应相关血液指标(MCP-1、RANTES及TIgE)。结果:治疗1、2周后,观察组总有效率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组瘙痒程度、风团大小、风团数量及皮损分布范围评分、MCP-1、RANTES、TIgE比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1、2周后,观察组瘙痒程度、风团大小、风团数量及皮损分布范围评分、MCP-1、RANTES、TIgE均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:半夏泻心汤在慢性荨麻疹中的疗效较好,可改善变态反应相关血液指标,在慢性荨麻疹患者中的应用价值较高。

Objective:To study the effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the patients with chronic urticaria and its influence for the expression of allergy related blood indexes.Method:A total of 92 patients with chronic urticaria from August 2019 to June 2020 were selected,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Banxia Xiexin Decoction on the basis of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups,efficacy after 1 and 2 weeks of treatment,symptom and sign scores and allergy-related blood indicators (MCP-1,RANTES and TIGE) before and after 1 and 2 weeks of treatment were compared between two groups.Result:After 1 and 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rates of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in itching degree,wind mass size,wind mass number and skin lesion distribution range scores,MCP-1,RANTES,TIgE between two groups (P>0.05);after 1 and 2 weeks of treatment,the itching degree,wind mass size,wind mass number and skin lesion distribution range scores,MCP-1,RANTES,TIgE of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of ADR between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the patients with chronic urticaria is better.It can improve the allergy related blood indexes,so its application value in the patients with chronic urticaria is higher.
