肺癌患者立体定向放射治疗的有效性及对患者外周血IL-12、IL-15水平的影响

Effectiveness of Stereotactic Radiotherapy for Lung Cancer Patients and Its Effect on Peripheral Blood IL-12 and IL-15 Levels

目的:探讨肺癌患者立体定向放射治疗的有效性及对患者外周血IL-12、IL-15水平的影响。方法:选取2018年3月-2020年3月本院收治的肺癌患者92例,根据治疗方式的不同分为研究组和对照组,每组46例。对照组应用常规放射治疗,研究组应用立体定向放射治疗。比较两组有效性、外周血IL-12与IL-15水平、肺功能。结果:研究组的有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,研究组IL-12水平高于对照组,IL-15水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,研究组FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肺癌患者治疗过程中,立体定向放射治疗可以有效地改善患者的外周血IL-12、IL-15水平,增加治疗的有效性,临床上应当进一步推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of stereotactic radiotherapy in patients with lung cancer and its effect on the levels of IL-12 and IL-15 in peripheral blood.Method:A total of 92 cases of lung cancer patients admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into study group and control group,46 cases in each group.The control group received conventional radiotherapy and the study group received stereotactic radiotherapy.The efficacy,the levels of IL-12 and IL-15 in peripheral blood,lung function were compared between the two groups.Result:The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the level of IL-12 in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the level of IL-15 in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of lung cancer patients,stereotactic radiotherapy can effectively improve the peripheral blood IL-12,IL-15 levels of patients,increase the effectiveness of treatment,clinical application should be further promoted.
