基层医院建立教育护士岗位对在职护士继续教育效果的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨基层医院建立教育护士岗位对在职护士继续教育效果的影响。方法:选取2018年4月-2019年3月本院在职护士550例作为对照组,选取2019年4-12月本院在职护士550例作为观察组。对照组采用传统的继续护理教育模式,观察组建立教育护士岗位进行继续护理教育。比较两组护理技能、教学质量以及护理质量评分,并在建立教育护士岗位前后各随机选取150例患者,调查患者的护理满意度。结果:干预前,两组理论知识水平、临床实践水平评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组理论知识水平、临床实践水平评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组带教规范性评分、临床教学质量评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组护理态度、护理操作、患者护理、应急处理、执行力、规避纠纷、风险评估评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组护理态度、护理操作、患者护理、应急处理、执行力、规避纠纷、风险评估评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对临床护理的满意度为91.3%高于对照组的80.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基层医院建立教育护士岗位提高了临床教学质量和护理质量,有利于为患者提供优质的护理服务。 Objective:To explore the effect of establishing educational nurse post on continuing education of in-service nurses in primary hospital.Method:A total of 550 in-service nurses in our hospital from April 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the control group,and 550 in-service nurses in our hospital from April 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the observation group.The control group adopted the traditional continuing nursing education mode,and the observation group established educational nurse post on continuing nursing education.The nursing skills,teaching quality and nursing quality scores were compared between two groups,and 150 patients were randomly selected before and after the establishment of the educational nurse post to investigate the nursing satisfaction of patients.Result:Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the theoretical knowledge and clinical practice scores between two groups (P>0.05);after the last lesson,the theoretical knowledge and clinical practice scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of teaching standardization and clinical teaching quality of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in nursing attitude,nursing operation,patient care,emergency management,executive ability,dispute avoidance and risk assessment scores between two groups (P>0.05);half a month after the last lesson,the nursing attitude,nursing operation,patient care,emergency management,executive ability,dispute avoidance and risk assessment scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients with clinical nursing in the observation group was 91.3%,higher than 80.7% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The establishment of educational nurse post in primary hospital can improve the quality of clinical teaching and nursing,which is conducive to providing high-quality nursing service for patients.
