共同参与式护理对日间化疗患者静脉化疗安全及满意度的影响

Effect of Co-participation Nursing on Safety and Satisfaction of Intravenous Chemotherapy in Patients Undergoing Chemotherapy during Daytime

目的:探究共同参与式护理对日间化疗患者静脉化疗安全及满意度的影响。方法:选取2017年8月-2019年8月本院收治的日间病房化疗癌症患者84例为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将患者分为研究组和对照组,每组42例。对照组患者行常规护理干预,研究组患者行共同参与式护理。比较两组静脉化疗安全性及对护理的满意度。结果:研究组静脉化疗时静脉炎、输液渗漏的发生率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。化疗前,两组QLQ-C30各项评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);化疗后,研究组QLQ-C30各项评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度为95.24%,高于对照组的78.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:共同参与式护理可有效提高日间化疗患者的生活质量,降低患者化疗不良反应发生率,增加患者治疗的满意度。

Objective:To explore the influence of co-participation nursing on safety and satisfaction of intravenous chemotherapy in patients with daytime chemotherapy.Method:A total of 84 cancer patients receiving chemotherapy in the day ward of our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into study group and control group,42 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,the patients in the study group received co-participation nursing.The safety and nursing satisfaction of intravenous chemotherapy were compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence of phlebitis and fluid leakage during intravenous chemotherapy was higher in the study group than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Before chemotherapy,comparison of QLQ-C30 scores between the two groups,there were no statistical significance (P>0.05);after chemotherapy,the scores of QLQ-C30 in the study group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 95.24%,which was higher than 78.57% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Co-participative nursing can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with daytime chemotherapy,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions to chemotherapy,and increase the satisfaction of patients with treatment.
