摘要
目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子相关性趋化因子-1(VCC-1)在胰腺癌组织中的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法测定VCC-1在52例胰腺癌及52例对应癌旁正常胰腺组织中的表达情况,并分析VCC-1和胰腺癌临床相关指标之间的关系。结果:VCC-1蛋白在胰腺癌组织中阳性表达率为76.92%高于癌旁组织的28.85%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VCC-1在Ⅰ、Ⅱ期胰腺癌组织的阳性表达率为69.23%(27/39)低于Ⅲ期的100%(13/13),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VCC-1在有淋巴结转移的阳性表达率为91.67%(22/24)高于无淋巴结转移的64.29%(18/28),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VCC-1在肿瘤直径≤2 cm中的阳性表达率为60.71%(17/28),低于肿瘤直径>2 cm的95.83%(23/24),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VCC-1在低分化癌中的阳性表达率为83.33%(10/12),在中分化癌中的阳性表达率为87.88%(29/33),在高分化中的阳性表达率为14.29%(1/7),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VCC-1与患者的年龄、性别及肿瘤部位无关(P>0.05)。VCC-1阴性表达组PC患者的中位生存期为26.9个月长于阳性表达组的16.3个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:VCC-1在胰腺癌组织中呈高表达,VCC-1的表达可能在胰腺癌的发生、发展中起重要作用。
Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of VCC-1 in pancreatic cancer tissue.Method:The VCC-1 expressions in 52 specimens of pancreatic cancer tissues and 52 specimens of their adjacent normal pancreatic tissues were determined by immunohistochemical staining,and the relationship between VCC-1 and clinical indicators of pancreatic cancer were analyzed.Result:The positive expression rate of VCC-1protein in pancreatic cancer tissues was 76.92%,higher than 28.85% in paracancer tissues,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The positive expression rate of VCC-1 in stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ pancreatic cancer tissues was 69.23% (27/39),which was lower than 100% (13/13) in stage Ⅲ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The positive expression rate of VCC-1 with lymph node metastasis was 91.67% (22/24),which was higher than 64.29% (18/28) without lymph node metastasis,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The positive expression rate of VCC-1 in tumor diameter ≤2 cm was 60.71% (17/28),which was lower than 95.83% (23/24) in tumor diameter >2 cm,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The positive expression rate of VCC-1 in low differentiation carcinoma was 83.33% (10/12),the positive expression rate of VCC-1 in medium differentiation carcinoma was 87.88% (29/33),and the positive expression rate of VCC-1 in high differentiation carcinoma was 14.29% (1/7),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).VCC-1 was not associated with age,gender or tumor site (P>0.05).The median survival time of PC patients in VCC-1 negative expression group was 26.9 months,which was longer than 16.3 months in positive expression group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The VCC-1 expression is increased in pancreatic cancer and its expression may be closely connected to the occurrence and development of pancreatic cancer.
