摘要
目的:分析川崎病急性期患儿血清降钙素原与氧化应激的相关性。方法:选取2019年7月-2020年8月本院收治的52例川崎病急性期患儿为观察组,另选择同期于本院进行身体健康的50例健康儿童为对照组。两组均进行炎性指标(PCT、CRP、IL-6)、氧化应激指标(SOD、MDA)水平检测,并分析两类指标水平相关性。结果:观察组PCT、CRP、IL-6分别为(1.94±0.20)ng/mL、(55.18±4.25)mg/L、(19.94±2.15)pg/mL,均高于对照组的(0.37±0.05)ng/mL、(1.64±0.26)mg/L、(5.92±0.63)pg/mL,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组SOD为(52.65±6.31)U/mL,低于对照组的(74.33±7.86)U/mL,MDA为(8.41±1.09)μmol/L,高于对照组的(1.48±0.27)μmol/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SOD与PCT、CRP、IL-6均呈负相关(r=-0.804、-0.785、-0.772,P<0.05),MDA与PCT、CRP、IL-6均呈正相关(r=0.719、0.693、0.748,P<0.05)。结论:血清PCT、CRP、IL-6检测可一定程度上反映KD患儿疾病进展情况,上述指标可对SOD、MDA水平造成影响,进而导致患儿出现氧化应激反应。临床针对SOD、MDA水平检测可及早制定治疗方案,降低患儿氧化应激风险。
Objective:To analyze the correlation between serum procalcitonin and oxidative stress in children with acute Kawasaki disease.Method:A total of 52 patients with acute Kawasaki disease admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the observation group,another 50 healthy children were selected as the control group.The levels of inflammatory indicators (PCT,CRP,IL-6) and oxidative stress (SOD,MDA) indicators were detected in both groups,and the correlation between the levels of two types of indicators were analyzed.Result:PCT,CRP and IL-6 of the observation group were (1.94±0.20) ng/mL,(55.18±4.25) mg/Land (19.94±2.15) pg/mL,respectively,which were higher than (0.37±0.05) ng/mL,(1.64±0.26) mg/L and (5.92±0.63) pg/mL of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).SOD of the observation group was (52.65±6.31) U/mL,which was lower than (74.33±7.86) U/mL of the control group,MDA of the observation group was (8.41±1.09) μmol/L,which was higher than (1.48±0.27) μmol/L of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).SOD was negatively correlated with PCT,CRP and IL-6(r=-0.804,-0.785,-0.772,P<0.05).MDA was positively correlated with PCT,CRP and IL-6 (r=0.719,0.693,0.748,P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum PCT,CRP and IL-6 can reflect the disease progression in children with KD to a certain extent,and the above indicators can affect the levels of SOD and MDA,and then lead to oxidative stress in children.According to the level of SOD and MDA,treatment plan can be formulated as early as possible to reduce the risk of oxidative stress in children.
