摘要 目的:探究非小细胞肺癌组织Smac、TLR、VEGF及其受体的表达变化情况。方法:选取2019年11月-2021年2月本院120例非小细胞肺癌患者为观察组,另选取本院同时期的120例肺部良性疾病患者为对照组。取两组病灶组织检测并比较Smac、TLR(TLR-2、TLR-4及TLR-5)、VEGF及其受体(VEGFR-2)表达水平;比较观察组中不同淋巴结转移情况、疾病分期及分化程度者的上述指标表达水平。采用Pearson相关系数分析Smac、TLR、VEGF及VEGFR-2与非小细胞肺癌淋巴结转移情况的关系;采用Spearman秩相关系数分析Smac、TLR、VEGF及VEGFR-2与非小细胞肺癌疾病分期及分化程度的关系。结果:观察组Smac、TLR-2、TLR-4、TLR-5、VEGF及VEGFR-2表达水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组中不同淋巴结转移情况、疾病分期及分化程度者的Smac、TLR-2、TLR-4、TLR-5、VEGF及VEGFR-2表达水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,Smac、TLR-2、TLR-4、TLR-5、VEGF及VEGFR-2表达水平与淋巴结转移均呈正相关(P<0.05);Spearman秩相关分析显示,Smac、TLR-2、TLR-4、TLR-5、VEGF及VEGFR-2表达水平与疾病分期均呈正相关,而与分化程度均呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:非小细胞肺癌组织Smac、TLR、VEGF及其受体均呈现高表达状态,且与淋巴结转移情况、疾病分期及分化程度有密切的关系,因此在非小细胞肺癌患者中的检测价值较高。 Objective:To explore the expression changes of Smac,TLR,VEGF and its receptor in non-small cell lung cancer tissues.Method:A total of 120 patients with non-small cell lung cancer in our hospital from November 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the observation group,and 120 patients with benign lung diseases in the same period were selected as the control group.The expression levels of Smac,TLR (TLR-2,TLR-4 and TLR-5),VEGF and its receptor (VEGFR-2) were detected and compared between the two groups.The expression levels of the above indexes in different lymph node metastasis,disease stage and degree of differentiation in the observation group were compared.Pearson correlation coefficient was used to analyze the relationship between Smac,TLR,VEGF,VEGFR-2 and lymph node metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer;Spearman rank correlation coefficient was used to analyze the relationship between Smac,TLR,VEGF,VEGFR-2 and disease stage and differentiation of non-small cell lung cancer.Result:The expression levels of Smac,TLR-2,TLR-4,TLR-5,VEGF and VEGFR-2 in observation group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the expression levels of Smac,TLR-2,TLR-4,TLR-5,VEGF and VEGFR-2 in the observation group with different lymph node metastasis,disease stage and differentiation course (P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the expression levels of Smac,TLR-2,TLR-4,TLR-5,VEGF and VEGFR-2 were positively correlated with lymph node metastasis (P<0.05).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that the expression levels of Smac,TLR-2,TLR-4,TLR-5,VEGF and VEGFR-2 were positively correlated with the disease stage,but negatively correlated with the degree of differentiation (P<0.05).Conclusion:Smac,TLR,VEGF and its receptors are all highly expressed in non-small cell lung cancer tissues,and are closely related to lymph node metastasis,disease stage and degree of differentiation,so the detection value is high in non-small cell lung cancer patients.
