经脐双孔法腹腔镜治疗腹股沟斜疝患儿的临床效果及对炎症因子的影响

Effects of Transumbilical Double Port Laparoscopic Treatment in Children with Indirect Inguinal Hernia and Its Influence on Inflammatory Factors

目的:探讨经脐双孔法腹腔镜治疗腹股沟斜疝患儿的临床效果及对炎症因子的影响。方法:选取2018年9月-2019年9月本院收治的118例腹股沟斜疝患儿,根据随机数字法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组59例。对照组采用传统开放手术治疗,研究组采用经脐双孔法腹腔镜手术治疗。比较两组复发率、并发症发生情况、临床指标及手术前后的炎症因子(hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-10)。结果:研究组复发率及并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前,两组hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-10比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后,研究组hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-10均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组手术时间及住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经脐双孔法腹腔镜治疗临床效果较好,能够有效降低患儿机体内的炎症因子,减少术中出血量,缩短手术时间和住院时间,减少并发症发生率,降低复发率,是一种安全有效的治疗方式,值得大力推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of transumbilical double port laparoscopic treatment in children with indirect inguinal hernia and its influence on inflammatory factors.Method:A total of 118 children with indirect inguinal hernia admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected,and they were divided into control group and study group according to random number method,59 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional open surgery,and the study group was treated with transumbilical double port laparoscopic.The recurrence rate,incidence of complications,clinical indicators were compared between two groups,inflammatory factors (hs-CRP,IL-6,IL-10) before and after surgery were compared between two groups.Result:The recurrence rate and complications in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Before surgery,there were no significant differences in hs-CRP,IL-6 and IL-10 between two groups (P>0.05);after surgery,hs-CRP,IL-6 and IL-10 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The surgical time and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of transumbilical double port laparoscopic treatment is more significant,which can effectively reduce the inflammatory factors in the body of children,reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,shorten the surgical time and hospitalization time,reduce the incidence of complications and recurrence rate,which is safe,effective and worth promoting.
