真实世界脉血康胶囊联合西药治疗冠心病用药规律探析

Real-World Study on Use of Maixuekang Capsules Combined with Western Medicines in Treating Coronary Heart Disease

目的通过对真实世界中冠心病患者应用脉血康胶囊与西药的相关性分析,探析中西药联用规律,以期为冠心病的中西医结合治疗方案提供客观依据。方法提取2006年至2016年全国22家三级甲等医院信息系统数据库中服用脉血康胶囊的冠心病住院患者医疗数据,对脉血康胶囊与西药进行关联规则分析。结果脉血康胶囊在治疗冠心病时最常与阿司匹林、硝酸异山梨酯、前列地尔、硝苯地平、美托洛尔等西药联合应用,联合应用西药的药理类型以抗凝药、血管活性药、钙离子拮抗剂以及抗高血压药为主。结论真实世界冠心病治疗中,脉血康胶囊常与常规西药联合应用,且用药方案符合临床指南推荐。

Objective To analyze the combined use of Maixuekang capsules with western medicines in patients with coronary heart disease in the real world in order to provide data for the treatment of coronary heart disease with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicines.Methods The medical data on coronary heart disease inpatients who took Maixuekang capsules was retrieved from the information system database of 22 tertiary hospitals across the country from 2006 to 2016,and the association between Maixuekang capsules and western medicines was analyzed.Results Maixuekang capsules were most commonly used in combination with such western medicines as aspirin,isosorbide dinitrate,alprostadil,nifedipine and metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease.The pharmacological types of western medicines were anticoagulants,vascular active drugs,calcium ion antagonists and antihypertensive drugs.Conclusion Maixuekang capsules are often used in combination with conventional western medicines in the treatment of coronary heart disease in the real world,and the medication regimens comply with clinical guidelines.
