Thoughts on Smart Supply Chain Management System

智慧供应链的兴起与发展为企业高效应对急剧变化的国际形势和日益激烈的市场竞争提供了有效途径与方法,但想要充分发挥智慧供应链的潜力与优势,则需要科学、系统和协同的智慧供应链管理体系作为支撑。基于此,文章提出了由智慧化供应链决策机制、协同化供应链运作管理、集成化供应链组织模式、数字化供应链管理信息平台、智能化供应链物流系统、主动化供应链风险控制和科学化供应链绩效评价等七个要素构成的智慧供应链管理体系,期望为我国企业高效实施智慧供应链管理提供有价值的参考。

The rise and development of smart supply chain provides effective ways for enterprises to cope with the rapidly changing international situation and the increasingly fierce market competition.To give full play to the potential and advantages of smart supply chain,a scientific,systematic,and collaborative management system for smart supply chain is very necessary.Therefore,this paper proposes a smart supply chain management system architecture which includes seven elements:smart supply chain decision-making mechanism,collaborative supply chain operation management,integrated supply chain organization model,digital supply chain management information platform,smart supply chain logistics system,initiative supply chain risk control,and scientific supply chain performance evaluation.It is expected to provide reference for Chinese enterprises to effectively implement smart supply chain management.
