摘要
目的利用主成分分析和系统聚类分析方法对不同温度煅石膏的红外光谱差异进行分析,探究不同温度煅石膏的抑菌效果,并对抑菌效果进行聚类分析,揭示红外光谱和抑菌效果的关系,为煅石膏的煅制条件提供依据。方法采集不同温度煅石膏的红外光谱,并运用主成分分析和聚类分析对其进行分析。运用刃天青染色法来检测不同温度煅石膏对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌效果。结果主成分分析和系统聚类分析将不同温度下的煅石膏的一阶导数光谱和二阶导数光谱分为三类且结果一致,即CG100、CG150、CG200和CG250为第1个亚类,将CG300、CG350、CG400和CG450为第2个亚类,CG750为第3个亚类。抑菌效果的聚类分析的结果与光谱聚类结果一致,且第2亚类样品的抑菌效果更好。结论不同温度煅石膏的红外谱图与抑菌活性具有一定的相关性,红外光谱技术结合主成分分析和系统聚类分析可以快速、科学地对煅石膏的质量进行评价,为石膏的煅制条件提供参考。
Objective To analyze the infrared spectrum difference of calcined gypsum at different temperatures by principal component analysis and cluster analysis.To explore the antibacterial effect of calcined gypsum at different temperatures,cluster analysis of antibacterial effect was carried out to reveal the relationship between infrared spectrum and antibacterial effect,so as to provide basis for calcining conditions of calcined gypsum.Methods The infrared spectra of calcined gypsum at different temperatures were collected and analyzed by principal component analysis and cluster analysis.The antibacterial effect of calcined gypsum at different temperatures on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli was detected by the method of azurol staining.Results The first and second derivative spectra of calcined gypsum at different temperatures were divided into three groups by principal component analysis and cluster analysis,and the results were consistent,that is,CG100,CG150,CG200 and CG250 were the first subclass,CG300,CG350,CG400 and CG450 were the second subclass,and CG750 was the third subclass.The results of cluster analysis were consistent with those of spectral clustering,and the second subclass samples had better antibacterial effect.Conclusion The infrared spectrum of calcined gypsum at different temperatures has a certain correlation with its antibacterial activity.The infrared spectrum technology combined with principal component analysis and cluster analysis can quickly and scientifically evaluate the quality of calcined gypsum and provide a reference for the calcination conditions of gypsum.
