基于DCS控制的阳极炉电控系统及应用

摘要 河南中原黄金冶炼厂原采用PLC控制系统和DCS分别控制阳极炉转炉和氧化还原作业,存在操作人员不能实时掌握阳极炉的运行状态、无交直流电动机切换指示、无炉体转动角度位置实时显示、无设备运行状态数据历史记录、设备联动性不佳等问题。通过对基于DCS控制的交流+直流的阳极炉电控系统的改造,实现了阳极炉转炉的自动控制、状态显示、故障诊断、设备运行状态数据的全生命周期记录,并实现了1套系统控制阳极炉生产,达到了提高生产效率和安全生产的目的。 Henan Zhongyuan Gold Smelter used PLC control system and DCS to control anode furnace converter and redox operation respectively,but there were problems,for example operators can not master the operation status of anode furnace in real time,there were no AC/DC motor switching indication and no real-time display of furnace rotation angle position,no equipment operation status data history record,poor equipment linkage and so on.The renovation of the electric control system of anode furnace based on DCS-controlled AC+DC control realized the automatic control,status display,malfunction diagnosis and whole life cycle recording of equipment running status data of anode furnace converter,arriving at a set of system to control the production of anode furnace,improving the production efficiency of anode furnace and achieving the purpose of safe production.
