一株野生裂褶菌的鉴定及生物学特性探索 被引量:4

Identification and Biological Characteristics Exploration of a Wild Schizophyllum commune

摘要 本课题组在桂林市分离到一株野生蘑菇,为开发利用该野生蘑菇资源,通过ITS分析结合形态学特征,鉴定该野生蘑菇为裂褶菌(Schizophyllum commune)。通过平板培养法,分析了不同营养因子对该菌株菌丝生长的影响。结果表明:在供试的碳源、氮源、无机盐及维生素中,最适菌丝体生长的碳源为果糖,最适氮源为酵母膏,最适无机盐为氯化钾,最适维生素为VB1,适宜浓度为6 mg/L。 Our team gathered a wild mushroom in Guilin city. In order to utilize the wild resource, comprehensive analysis of ITS sequence and morphological characteristics, the wild mushroom was identified as Schizophyllum commune. The influence of different nutrient factors on the mycelial growth of the strain was analyzed by plate culture method. The results showed that among media tested, the most suitable carbon source was fructose, the most suitable nitrogen source was yeast extract, the most suitable inorganic salt was potassium chloride, the most suitable vitamin was VB1, and the optimal concentration was 6 mg/L.
