“人情关系”对我国职业足球发展的桎梏与消解:一项基于访谈的质性研究

The Shackles And Dispelling of Chinese Relationship to the Development of Professional Football:A Qualitative Research Base on Interview

“人情关系”一直深深影响我国职业足球的改革与发展,成为职业足球制度化、法制化和规范化发展的主要桎梏。为了系统探析人情关系对于我国职业足球发展的影响,并提出消解桎梏的方法,研究通过序贯访谈法对我国足球从业者、管理者和研究者共14人进行了深入访谈。研究发现,人情关系在我国历史文化因素和体育体制因素共同作用下影响了我国职业足球的发展,导致了我国职业足球制度建设缺失、在职业足球运行过程中出现腐败问题和发展后劲不足等问题。同时,研究发现长期存在于我国社会中的人情关系也很好地降低了经济快速发展中职业足球片面追求物质利益的一些负面影响。消解人情关系的危害,要推进职业足球法制化建设进程;运用多重途径理清联赛、足协和俱乐部关系;加强从业人员的人文素质教育,促进教育在高水平运动员培养过程中的重要作用。

Relation have influenced the development of professional football in China,but this is due to history reasons,the impact cannot be eliminated in the short term.Use survey method to interview 14 people who are managers,experts and practitioners.The research indicates negative effects of professional football from nepotist society and put forward some suggestions in China.The research regard as negative effects of Guanxi include preventing institutional improvement and breeding corruption,then seriously affect the development of youth football.As result,promoting the process of legalization of Chinese professional football,clarifying the relationship between football association,league and club use multiple ways and strengthen the humanistic quality education of practitioners are important ways to solve the problem from Guanxi.
