摘要
武术用品制造业近年来发展迅猛,但随环境资源日益消耗,其增长往往伴随着高消耗与高投入、现代化程度低、抗风险薄弱等问题,武术用品制造业势必审时度势,依据价值链所处位置加速服务化进程。基于此,以“内循环”格局演绎武术用品制造业服务化的对策方针,旨在对于尚未或正处于服务升级中的企业提供一定借鉴作用。以理论与实证双重推导,针对武术用品企业服务化现状,运用实地调查和逻辑分析等手段,发现行业实施服务化存在地域发展不匀、理念理解不深、资源整合不利、文化彰显不足等问题。研究认为,企业理应将制造与服务有机结合,着眼于服务需求、模块化与价值度量三维度,满足消费者与企业双向需求互动,以服务化视角实现行业组织结构升级。
Martial arts supplies manufacturing industry has developed rapidly in recent years,but with the increasing consumption of environmental resources,its growth is often accompanied by high consumption and high investment,low degree of modernization,weak risk resistance and other issues.Martial arts supplies manufacturing industry is bound to size up the situation and speed up the service process according to the position of the value chain.Based on this,this paper deduces the service-oriented Countermeasures of martial arts supplies manufacturing industry with the pattern of"internal circulation",aiming to provide some reference for enterprises that have not yet or are in the process of service upgrading.Based on theoretical and empirical deduction,aiming at the service status of martial arts supplies enterprises,by means of field investigation and logical analysis,it is found that there are some problems in the implementation of service in the industry,such as uneven regional development,lack of deep understanding of the concept,unfavorable resource integration,insufficient cultural display,etc Modularization and three-dimensional value measurement can meet the two-way demand interaction between consumers and enterprises,and upgrade the industry organization structure from the perspective of service.
