体育课堂学习情境下尴尬情绪对体育学习倦怠的影响:羞怯与青少年社交焦虑的链式中介作用

The Influence of Embarrassment on Learning Burnout in the Context of Physical Education Classroom Learning:the Chain Mediating Effect Between Shyness And Adolescent Social Anxiety

研究目的:考察体育学习情境下尴尬事件引起的尴尬情绪对学生体育课堂学习倦怠的影响,以及羞怯和青年少社交焦虑在其中的中介作用。研究方法:采用中学生体育课堂尴尬情绪自评量表,中学生体育课堂学习倦怠量表、羞怯量表以及青少年社交焦虑量表对1013名中学生进行现场抽样调查,并利用SPSS20.0和Amos24.0对数据进行统计分析,分析方法包括描述性统计、相关分析、回归分析以及结构方程模型分析。研究结论:1)体育课堂情境下羞怯在尴尬情绪和青少年社交焦虑之间起完全中介的作用;青少年社交焦虑在羞怯和体育课堂倦怠之间起到部分中介的作用。2)体育课堂情境下尴尬事件引起学生的尴尬情绪不仅可以正向预测体育课堂学习倦怠,还可以通过三条中介路线对体育课堂倦怠产生间接效果,具体是尴尬情绪通过羞怯对体育课堂倦怠产生完全中介效果;尴尬情绪通过社交焦虑对体育课堂倦怠产生完全中介效果;尴尬情绪还可以通过羞怯及青少年社交焦虑对体育课堂倦怠产生链式中介效果。

Objective:In order to investigate the effect of embarrassing emotion caused by embarrassing events on students'learning burnout,and the mediating effect of shyness and juvenile social anxiety in the context of physical education learning.Methods:1013 primary school students were sampled on the spot by the Self-rating Scale of Awkward emotion in PE class of middle school students,the Physical Education burnout Inventory for Middle school Students,the Shyness scale and the Social Anxiety Scale for Adolescents.Then,SPSS.20.0 and Amos24.0 were used for data statistics and analysis,the analysis methods including descriptive statistics,correlation analysis,regression analysis and structural equation model analysis.Results and Conclusions:(1)Shyness in physical education classroom plays a complete mediating role between embarrassment and social anxiety;adolescent social anxiety plays a partial mediating role between shyness and physical education class burnout.(2)The embarrassment caused by embarrassing events in physical education classroom can not only positively predict physical education classroom learning burnout,but also produce indirect effects on it through three intermediary routes.Specifically,embarrassment has a completely mediating effect on physical education class burnout through shyness;Embarrassment has a completely mediating effect on physical education class burnout through social anxiety;Embarrassment can also exert a chain mediating effect on physical education class burnout through shyness and social anxiety of teenagers.
