两种麻育秧膜对水稻种子萌发和秧苗素质的影响 被引量:2

摘要 试验探究了普通麻育秧膜和壳寡糖麻育秧膜在室内和田间对水稻种子萌发和秧苗素质的影响。结果表明:两种麻育秧膜处理均能显著提高水稻种子的萌发率、发芽势、发芽指数、胚根长度、胚根活力指数、幼茎高度、幼茎活力指数、幼苗生物量和秧苗素质;壳寡糖麻育秧膜处理的水稻秧苗萌发率、发芽势、发芽指数、根长、生物量和根系活力显著高于普通麻育秧膜,而硝态氮含量显著低于普通麻育秧膜;株高、茎基宽、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白两者间无显著差异。 The effects of common ramie fiber and chito-oligosaccharide ramie fiber seedling film on seed germination and seedling quality of rice were studied in the laboratory and in the field.The results showed that the germination rate,germination potential,germination index,radicle length,radicle vigor index,young stem height,young stem vigor index,seedling biomass and seedling quality of rice seeds were significantly improved by the treatment of two kinds of ramie fiber seedlings film.The germination rate,germination potential,germination index,root length,biomass and root activity of rice seedlings treated with chito-oligosaccharide ramie fiber seedlings film were significantly higher than those treated with common ramie fiber seedlings film,but there were no significant differences in plant height,stem base width,soluble sugar and soluble protein,and the nitrate nitrogen content was significantly lower than that of treated with common ramie fiber seedlings film.
