摘要
G蛋白偶联受体(GPCR)48属于GPCR家族,参与机体内多种生理反应的调节。随着对GPCR48研究的深入发现,其不仅在正常生长发育过程中发挥关键作用,而且还与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。GPCR48在多种肿瘤组织中为促癌受体,抑制肿瘤细胞中的GPCR48表达可延缓肿瘤细胞的生长及转移,是一种潜在的肿瘤治疗分子靶点。然而,GPCR48在肿瘤中的作用机制非常复杂,目前尚未明确。因此,深入研究GPCR48的表达及调控相关机制对肿瘤的诊断、治疗及预后具有重要意义。
G protein coupled receptor(GPCR)48,a member of GPCR family, is involved in the regulation of a variety of physiological responses in the human body.With the further research on GPCR48,it is found that it not only plays a key role in the process of normal growth and development, but also is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors.GPCR48 is a cancer promoting receptor in a variety of tumor tissues, and inhibition of GPCR48 expression in tumor cells can delay the growth and metastasis of tumor cells, therefore is a potential molecular target for tumor therapy.However, the mechanism of GPCR48 is very complex and has not been clarified.Therefore, the further study to elucidate the expression and regulation mechanism of GPCR48 is of great significance for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of tumors.
