摘要
海洋环境的特殊性使海洋生物成为具有很大药物开发潜力的领域。红藻是藻类植物中重要的一大类群,目前已在食品、医药、化工等方面有广泛的应用。红藻种类多、分布广,红藻门植物提取物(包括多糖、多肽、酚类、萜类等)具有抗氧化、抗炎活性、抗肿瘤活性、抗凝血活性、抗高血压、降血糖、免疫调节等生物活性。未来尚需在红藻的采样和生物活性物质的提取方法上开展深入研究,并探寻提高生物活性物质提取产量的有效方法,以开发出不同用途的新药应用于临床。
Due to the particularity of marine environment, marine organisms have great potential for drug development.Rhodophyta is an important group of algae, which has been widely used in food, medicine, chemical industry and so on.There are many species and wide distribution of red algae, and their extracts(including polysaccharide, polypeptides, phenolics and terpenes) have multiple bioactivities, including antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antitumor, anticoagulant, anti-hypertensive, hypoglycemic and immunoregulation activity.In the future, it is necessary to carry out in-depth research on the sampling of Rhodophyta and the extraction methods of bioactive substances, and explore effective methods to improve the extraction yield of bioactive substances, so as to develop new drugs with different usages for clinical application.
