摘要
唐包线作为我国西煤东运的重要通道之一,是“公转铁”战略部署和铁路运输结构调整的重要保障,对我国北方区域能源运输有着重要意义。在阐述唐包线现状基础上,通过调取2019年1月至2021年2月间TDCS统计数据,以车站最大能力和车站区间图定列数作为参考因子,分析指出车站作业能力、区段通过能力的制约因素,从设备设施改造、通道运输调整、机车机班优化调整等方面,提出优化途径,消除制约因素,以便更好地释放唐包线能力,实现货运增量目标。
As one of the important routes transporting coal from west to east in China,Tangshan–Baotou Railway is a crucial guarantee for the strategic deployment of“shifting freight transport from road to railway”and the adjustment of railway transportation structure,which is thus of great significance to the regional energy transportation in northern China.This paper first expounded on the current situation of Tangshan–Baotou Railway.Then,with the maximum capacity of the station and the train diagram of the station section as reference factors,the factors restricting the station operation capacity and section carrying capacity were analyzed with the TDCS statistical data between January 2019 and February 2021.To eliminate the restricting factors,improvement countermeasures were proposed from the aspects of equipment and facilities transformation,channel transportation adjustment and locomotive scheduling optimization,which facilitate the capacity release of Tangshan–Baotou Railway and the increase in freight volume.
